Today, Director General Slavica Kutirov met with the governor of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Anita Angelovska-Bezoska, PhD.

They discussed the current cooperation between the two institutions, with an emphasis on the electronic interconnection of the systems of the National Bank and the Customs Administration in the area of excise stamps, as well as the novelties that are to be introduced by the Customs Administration, particularly in terms of the introduction of the Track&Trace system for tracking tobacco goods.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the benefits of successful cooperation so far, and noted the readiness to continue the dialogue to overcome any potential challenges of the two institutions and implement further activities of common interest.
